Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team to achieve targets. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
