Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Adaptive Techniques: Teach patients adaptive techniques and use of assistive devices to improve functionality.
Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on coping strategies, home modifications, and lifestyle changes.
Progress Monitoring: Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on patients' progress.
Collaboration: Work with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress.
