Requirements
Education: Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
Licensure: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse, which typically requires passing the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN).
Experience: Clinical experience during education and possibly additional experience in a healthcare setting.
Skills: Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, empathy, and the ability to work under pressure.
Certifications: Additional certifications in specialized areas of nursing (e.g., Pediatric Nursing, Critical Care Nursing) may be beneficial.
