The Surgery Center Administrator is responsible for the overall management and operation of a surgical center. This role involves ensuring high standards of patient care, managing daily operations, and overseeing administrative functions. The Administrator collaborates with medical staff, administrative personnel, and other stakeholders to achieve the center's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
Manage financial aspects, such as budgeting, billing, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.

Requirements
