🔧 What You’ll Need
20 mg vial of BPC‑157 powder
2 mL vial of bacteriostatic water
1 mL insulin syringe (with 0.01 mL gradations)
Alcohol swabs
Clean surface and latex gloves (optional but recommended)
📌 Step-by-Step Mixing Guide
Sanitize Everything
Wipe vial tops (BPC‑157 and water) and syringe tip with alcohol swabs.
Let them dry for 30 seconds.
Draw 1 mL Bacteriostatic Water
Pull back on the syringe plunger until the liquid reaches the 1.0 mL mark.
Remove any air bubbles by tapping and expelling excess.
Inject Slowly
Insert the needle through the BPC‑157 vial’s rubber stopper.
Gently drip the 1 mL water down the glass wall—don’t shoot directly onto the powder.
Repeat with Second mL
Clean the water vial top again, draw another 1 mL, and inject the same way.
Total = 2 mL of water for 20 mg powder.
Gently Swirl to Dissolve
Carefully roll or rotate the vial between your fingers—do not shake.
Mix until powder fully dissolves in the water.
Confirm Concentration
You now have a 1:1 solution—1 mL = 1 mg of BPC‑157.
Dosage Instructions
For 4 mg doses, fill the syringe to the 4-unit mark.
Use subcutaneous injection, usually in the abdomen or thigh fat.
Storage & Shelf-Life
Keep the vial refrigerated (2–8 °C).
Use within 30 days of reconstitution.
Discard if solution appears cloudy or discolored.
📅 Suggested Weekly Schedule
5 doses per week: Administer on Monday through Friday.
Rest the weekends to allow the peptide and body to reset.
