20 mg vial of BPC‑157 powder
2 mL vial of bacteriostatic water
1 mL insulin syringe (with 0.01 mL gradations)
Alcohol swabs
Clean surface and latex gloves (optional but recommended)

Sanitize Everything
- Wipe vial tops (BPC‑157 and water) and syringe tip with alcohol swabs.
- Let them dry for 30 seconds.
Draw 1 mL Bacteriostatic Water
